Larva XL is a silicone lure from Boroda Baits. It is an enlarged form, up to 40 mm, of the already beloved smaller 35 mm Larva. Now, the Larva XL version will allow you to fish in more distant places that were previously inaccessible to the smaller Larva.
A special feature of the Larva XL is its curved shape, which causes the lure to sway from side to side during retrieval, thus attracting predators. The upper part of the lure consists of soft ribs, which make the lure even softer. The Larva XL is perfect for delicate bottom fishing, which is one of my favorite methods.
Remember to rig the Larva correctly, so that the hook point is at the curve. This method will allow you to imitate a real larva. The lure is valued by anglers for its unique construction and powerful effectiveness, especially when fishing for trout. The best results are achieved when using ultra-light jig heads weighing 0.5 - 2.0 grams.
